A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order. The remaining balance is due at the time of installation and can be paid by cashier's check, cash, or wire transfer arranged in advance. 

Lead times vary throughout the year but typically range from 2.5–3.5 months. Since most Four Wheel Campers are built to order, inventory for immediate purchase is limited. 

Yes. Every Four Wheel Camper purchased through MULE includes professional installation by our experienced technicians to ensure proper fitment and operation. 

Yes! MULE offers a wide range of upgrades for both your Four Wheel Camper and your truck. We carry popular camper accessories including awnings, upgraded mattresses, power system upgrades, mounting solutions, and more. As a full-service vehicle outfitter, we can also help prepare your truck with suspension upgrades, airbags, wheels and tires, braking upgrades, and other modifications to safely handle the added weight of a slide-in camper. Many lightweight Project M campers require little to no suspension modifications, and our team can help determine what, if anything, your truck needs. 

Our showrooms typically feature 3–5+ Four Wheel Campers on display at any given time. This provides you the opportunity to explore different layouts, features, and options in person. Display inventory varies throughout the year, so if you're hoping to see a specific camper or floorplan, we recommend contacting your nearest MULE showroom before your visit. 

Walk-ins are always welcome, but scheduling an appointment ensures one of our Four Wheel Camper specialists is available to provide a personalized walkthrough.

Yes, WA does require license and registration on slide in campers for residents of WA: https://dol.wa.gov/vehicles-and-boats/vehicles/vehicle-registration/register-other-vehicles-and-other-services/registering-campers 

No, Mule is not a licensing agency. At time of installation you will be given an official “Mfg’s Statement of Origin” (MSO) and a copy of the paid invoice from MULE to show that you already paid the sales tax at point of sale, 8.8% currently. 

WA still requires license and registration of a camper if your primary residence is WA, regardless of where you purchase it. If your driver’s license is a WA drivers license, you live in WA and need to register your camper. Use tax is based on the tax rate of your residence. 

WA has an exemption for out of state buyers to not pay WA sales tax on a camper purchased in WA, and to be taken back out of state. If your drivers license is from another state and you are taking the camper back to your home state, you don’t have to pay WA sales tax at point of sale: https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=82.08.0264 

No, a topper like Project M does not meet the definition of an RV in the state of WA so no license is required. However, since Project M toppers do not meet the definition of an RV or camper, there is no out of state tax exemptions for Project M.

Oregon does not have a state sales tax. However, certain vehicle purchases may be subject to Oregon's Vehicle Privilege Tax. Our team can explain whether it applies to your purchase.
