Pricing Policy

Prices are always subject to change without notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of MULE Expedition Outfitters or www.dasmule.com. While we do our best to keep online pricing up to date, vendor pricing changes are not always immediately transferred to our pages. If a pricing error occurs prior to shipment, we will either refund the transaction in full or give the customer the option to pay the correct price. If a pricing error is found after shipment, we will correct the mistake and require the customer to pay the actual price or return the product immediately. All sales are final, meaning there are no returns unless there is express written consent from MULE Expedition Outfitters. In every case, efforts are made to ensure customer satisfaction with products sold by MULE Expedition Outfitters.

We follow our vendor Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies. We do not price match other companies who are offering special sales or discounted pricing except in circumstances where it is a vendor promotion whereby we have been given permission to sell under MAP for the time period of that promotion.
