RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
We are looking for an energetic, hard working individual with experience in sales to join our Issaquah sales team. This person will be a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Successful candidate will demonstrate superior customer relationship capabilities.

- Interest in overland, outdoor activities, and vehicle customization with a willingness to become an expert in our product lines
- Ability to understand our product lines and be able to make recommendations to customers based on their needs
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales calls and inquiries
- Greet customers as they enter our retail store and offer to assist
- Assist customers with product recommendations for their needs
- Actively foster a friendly and professional in store atmosphere
- Respond to email inquiries from customers, provide estimates, generate sales orders for customer purchases and write accurate and detailed notes for our install technicians for daily jobs
- Process retail floor sales at cash register
- Restock showroom and maintain an organized and appealing showroom
- General showroom cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
REPORTS TO:
- Sales Manager
LOCATION:
- MULE Expedition Outfitters, 30200 SE 79th St, Issaquah, WA 98027
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
NOTE: Some weekend work for shows and events as needed
