Our open position is for a warehouse support person. Inventory management, attention to detail, and self-motivated work ethic are a must.
Warehouse Support Person
Location: MULE Expedition Outfitters, Tualatin, OR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Reports to: General Manager
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and ability to work with minimal assistance or supervision
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to print reports
- Attention to detail - picking and receiving parts and allocating to customers
- Basic computer skills - email use, print reports, enter data and label product
- Highly organized - maintain and track product in various warehouse locations
- Team player - work well with team members and customers
- Forklift operation (must be certified or willing to become certified)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Print reports and pick product for upcoming customer jobs, will call orders, and website orders and allocate as appropriate
- Print website order report and ship orders daily, mark as shipped in inventory system
- Handle customer will call orders
- Receive shipments by checking against purchase orders to ensure everything is received
- Clean warehouse as needed including emptying garbage cans, breaking down boxes and recycling, sweeping floors and keeping aisles and work areas free of obstruction
- Transfer inventory from warehouse to showroom as needed
- Track and organize inventory in warehouse and shop
- Manage product returns that need to be shipped back to vendor
- Work directly with general manager to maintain an efficient work flow and accurate inventory counts
- Provide occasional basic install assistance in the shop
