Updated Hours and Operations for WA and OR Locations due to COVID-19
As anticipated, COVID-19 continues to spread and as of this afternoon, government officials are strongly recommending avoiding gatherings of 10 people or more and avoiding unnecessary social contact. While we feel what we do is pretty damn important (!), we are forced once again to reconsider the potential risk to our employees and customers by keeping our retail stores open.
As a result, beginning Tuesday morning, March 17th and continuing through Saturday, March 21st, our retail locations will be closed to customers. Our employees will still be available by phone and by email to provide estimates, take deposits for jobs and schedule appointments.
Our website has been updated to offer free shipping on several products and we will have at least one employee on site at each location to continue to receive shipments and send out orders.
Our install shops are still open for scheduled work and we respectfully ask that customers please plan to drop your vehicle off with us until the work is completed. Our lobbies will not be available for waiting during this week. If you, or anyone in your household has exhibited COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive, please cancel your appointment with us and we will happily reschedule for the earliest available date.
Again, while trying to balance the needs of our business, the safety of our employees, and our service standards for our customers, we do not take any of these decisions lightly. We sincerely hope to retain your loyalty as customers and friends, and very much hope to be back to our stellar, fun and friendly operations as soon as possible to get each of you out on the trails this summer.
